Q: Did you have a dream job growing up? If so, what was it?

A: I discovered my passion for event planning early on. My mother loved hosting gatherings at our lakefront home, and we quickly became a dynamic duo. From decorating to coordinating, we found our niche in creating memorable experiences. Whether it was family, friends, food, or fun, we always made sure everyone had a great time!

Q: How did you end up working in hospitality? Did you always see yourself working in this industry?

A: In May 2021, I graduated from Roger Williams University with a BS in marketing and management, and a core concentration in international business. My semester abroad in Florence, Italy, opened my eyes to different cultures and ways of bringing people together. I’ve always had a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, so hospitality felt like the perfect fit! After graduation, I got the chance to combine my love for travel and events. I quickly packed up and moved to New York City, where I started working as an Events Associate. Surrounded by talented event planners, I learned the ins and outs of the industry and solidified my love for organizing events that leave a lasting impression.

Q: What is something people might not know about you?

A: Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and fitness. For me, spending hours in an empty gym is the ultimate form of therapy—it’s where I recharge and find balance.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Corinthian Events?

A: My favorite part about working for Corinthian Events is that every day brings a new adventure. One day, I could be organizing an event at Fenway Park, the next at the State Room, or even heading out to Newport or Nantucket. It’s the variety and excitement that keeps me energized about what I do!

Q: If you could switch jobs with anyone at Corinthian Events for a day, who would it be and why?

A: If I could switch jobs with anyone, it would be one of the partners. I see myself as a natural-born leader and would love the opportunity to learn more about what it takes to be a successful woman in business. I really admire their passion and purpose, and it inspires me to keep pushing forward in my own career.

Q: Where do you think is the best view of Boston?

A: The best view of Boston might just be from Castle Island in Southie. Whether it be sunrise or sunset or anything in between, the combination of the harbor, skyline, and local charm makes it a view I never get tired of.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant or activity in Boston?

A: My favorite restaurant in Boston has to be Bricco. Their cosmopolitans and burrata are unmatched in my opinion. Afterward, I love wandering the streets of The North End in search of the perfect cannoli to end the night. My grandfather, originally from Benevento, Italy, would be so proud of his proper Italian granddaughter!

Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given, event related or not?

A: On one of my first days at Corinthian Events, I had a meeting at Courtney’s desk and noticed a yellow Post-it taped to her computer that read, “Instead of saying, ‘I have to do this,’ say, ‘I get to do this.’” Those words really resonated with me during the meeting and have stuck with me ever since.

Q: What is an event theme or destination activity you would want to execute for a client?

A: I would love to execute a traditional tea party inspired by the Victorian era, infusing it with a modern twist. Imagine a fantasy tea party reminiscent of childhood, filled with whimsical details! Think lots of pink—pink flowers, gold cutlery, and delicate white lace linens would be just the beginning of this spectacular event.
