As we know, the learning curve often starts with a dip in productivity. Either the outside planner can leverage the new tools and allow you more focus on your guests and speakers, or you can have the outside planner manage site selection, food and beverage and audio-visual management and décor and entertainment to allow you to immerse yourself in learning to use AI to the ultimate.
